"Still fun, but the crowns can get pricey"
I still really enjoy playing Wizard101, and the crowns shop does have some cool stuff. The problem is that the costs can sneak up on you, especially with mounts, packs, and unlocking areas. It doesn’t seem like much at first, but it adds up faster than I expected. These days I usually just wait for crown sales before buying anything. It’s not perfect, but I still have a good time with the game, and spending a little here and there feels okay when I’m genuinely enjoying myself.

"Fun combat, but uh, the balance could use work"
I still have a good time with the combat in Wizard101. The card-based system is fun, and I like having to think ahead a bit instead of just clicking attacks nonstop. It does drag sometimes though, especially when enemies keep throwing up shields or healing over and over.

Spell balance feels a little all over the place, uh, to be honest. Some schools just seem way stronger than others, and there are a few spells I almost never bother using because they don’t feel worth it. I’m still enjoying the game, but it definitely feels like some tuning would help

"Super Friendly and Laid-Back Community"
I’ve had such a great time here! It’s really easy to meet new people, and there’s pretty much always someone online to chat or hang out with. The whole vibe feels chill, welcoming, and genuinely fun.

"Still fun, just not like before"
I still have a good time with wizard101, especially when I’m playing with friends. The worlds are cool and the battles can be fun, even though sometimes they feel like they take forever. I don’t know, it’s weird because I’ll say it’s getting old, but then I still end up logging in again. Some of the prices feel a bit too high too, which makes it less exciting. Overall I like it, just not as much as I did back then.

"Nice pace, fair grind"
Feels good so far. Not too slow. Not too grindy. Just enough to keep going.

"PvP feels fair, but the wait is annoying"
The matchmaking feels solid now, and most of my fights have been fair. I’m just getting really frustrated with how long I have to sit around waiting before actually getting into a match.

"Still fun, but way too much stuff is locked"
I still have a good time playing Wizard101, honestly. The spells, the quests, the different worlds, the pets, the mounts, the school themes, all of that is still really fun. But it feels like every time I get into something, there’s another paywall in the way. Want to keep questing? Locked area. Want better gear? Crown shop or packs. Want to be competitive in PvP? Feels like you need certain paid gear, pets, jewels, or whatever the current meta is. Even little things like stitching outfits, getting mounts, opening packs, or trying to catch up can start feeling expensive. It’s not unplayable, but it definitely feels more pay-to-win than it used to, especially if you care about PvP or having the best setup.

"Fun game, but I felt a little awkward about the price"
My kid really enjoys the game, and it is fun to play. I just feel a little embarrassed admitting how much we’re paying for the monthly subscription, especially when some areas still need extra crowns on top of it. It’s not terrible, but it does feel a bit pricey for what you actually get

"I still love the cute art style"
I’m probably a little biased because I’ve always had a soft spot for Wizard101, but I still really like how it looks. The graphics are definitely showing their age, but the colorful worlds and cartoonish style have a lot of charm. Some areas look way better than others, sure, but overall it still feels really cute and fun to me.

"Moderators actually keep things safe"
It just feels like a safer place for kids. The moderators seem to stay on top of everything, and in my experience, that’s usually what makes all the difference with apps like this

"Not as kid-friendly as I hoped"
I was a bit disappointed because I expected this to feel safer and more kid-friendly. Some of the chats and spending parts made me uncomfortable, and it just didn’t give me the peace of mind I was hoping for.

"Fun, but the crashes feel suspicious"
The game is fun when it’s actually running. It loads fine for me most of the time, but the lag and random crashes happen way too often. Not saying there’s some secret crash button they hit when I’m doing well… but it does seem to happen at the worst possible moments. Still enjoyable, just wish it was more stable.

"Still love the story and worlds"
I’ve been playing Wizard101 on and off for years, and I don’t know, maybe it’s partly nostalgia talking, but the story and all the different worlds are still my favorite part. Each area has its own vibe with the music, characters, and little jokes, and I always end up getting attached to it again. Some quests definitely feel like they drag after a while, so I sometimes wonder why I’m still doing them, but then I get curious about what happens next and keep going. It’s cozy, fun, and creative, especially for a game that’s been around this long.

"Fun game, but the bugs keep getting old"
I still have fun playing wizard101 and keep coming back to it, but the bugs are starting to get really annoying. Some quests just bug out, loading screens freeze, and then after updates it feels like the same kind of glitches show up again. Support did help me once, which I appreciated, but it’s frustrating having to deal with bugs, freezes, and more bugs when I just want to play.

"Changing the security settings was straightforward, and I..."
Changing the security settings was straightforward, and I felt like everything was safe enough. I’m not always the best judge of this stuff, but it seemed simple and secure to me.

"I’ve been playing Wizard101 on and..."
I’ve been playing Wizard101 on and off for a while now, and the loot drops are still fun most of the time. Getting a new piece of gear or a cool pet after a long fight feels really satisfying, even if I was just kinda messing around that day.
That said, some drops feel wayyy too random, and farming the same boss over and over can get old fastt. The rewards are decent overall, I just wish the drop rates felt a little more fair sometimes.

"Still a lot of fun compared to other MMOs"
I’ve been jumping in and out of Wizard101 for a while now, the questing has held up better than I expected. Sure, you get the usual defeat-this and collect-that stuff, but the story moments, goofy dialogue, and random characters make it feel less stale than a lot of older online games I’ve tried.

The different worlds are probably what keep me coming back the most. Each one has its own style and vibe, and compared to some other MMOs where areas start blending together, Wizard101 does a good job making every place feel memorable. The main quests also have more personality than I thought they would for a game that’s been around this long.

I wouldn’t call it perfect, though. Some sections definitely get repetitive and a little grindy, especially if you’re trying to push through fast. But compared to similar games, it still has a charm that makes the grind easier to tolerate, and overall I’d say it’s a solid game with plenty to do.

"I didn’t have any billing issues or anything..."
I didn’t have any billing issues or anything weird pop up. When I decided to cancel, it was simple and went through without a hassle. So yeah, no complaints from me on that part.

"The new updates are really pulling me back in"
I’ve been playing Wizard101 again lately, the new stuff is fun. The quests feel a lot fresher, the areas look really nice, and there’s seriously always something to do now. It’s super cool that they’re still updating the game after all these years.
